MDConcierge approach is based on a dedicated Medical Tutor, who guides each member through a customized health journey, including advanced prevention, structured monitoring, and access to top specialists and technologies.

Supporting this model there is  a dedicated Concierge Team, ensuring the complete management of every healthcare need from scheduling appointments to handling administrative and insurance procedures, creating a seamless, worry-free experience.

Each member can rely on a Personal Health Assistant, an exclusive point of contact who coordinates every aspect of their prevention and care plan, providing constant and personalized support.

Chief Executive Officer

Massimo Pietracaprina

With over 20 years of international experience in the healthcare sector, Massimo Pietracaprina has led strategic projects for multinational organizations such as Schering, Bayer, Humanitas, IEO, and San Donato. He has developed in-depth expertise in healthcare system dynamics and relationships with leading professionals and institutions. His innovative vision focuses on change management and the creation of high-quality services, placing health and customer satisfaction at the core.
General Manager

Fabio Benevolo

With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and strategic innovation, Fabio Benevolo has held leadership roles in multinational companies, leading large-scale process optimization and business transformation projects.
Before joining MD Concierge, as Executive IT Director at Veritiv Corporation, he oversees the development of a global digital ecosystem for marketing and sales. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Fincantieri (2012-2018), he led the modernization of the company's IT infrastructure, key projects in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IoT, and contributed to the development of patented solutions.
His career also includes a long period at Bayer, where he held key roles in EMEA and global Information Technology, building a solid background in complex project management, IT infrastructure, and business processes.
A Telecommunications Engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Milan, he has been leading MDConcierge since 2023, aiming to accelerate the company’s growth, drive digital innovation, and optimizing operational strategies to redefine personalized healthcare assistance.

MDConcierge offers a team of highly experienced dedicated Medical Tutor Internists who guide members through a personalized healthcare program. A wide network of selected specialists is available for visits, exams, and remote consultations.

Additionally, thanks to an international network, members can access to a second opinion service, providing high-level evaluations for any medical need.

Conciergerie Team

A highly skilled team is available to coordinate members’ medical plans, schedule appointments, retrieve medical reports, and handle administrative procedures, including interactions with insurance companies and health funds.

Dr. Stefano Cazzaniga

Holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery and a Master's in Healthcare Management. With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he has worked as a Manager and Consultant, specializing in pharmacoeconomic, technology assessment, health policy, outcome measurement, and hospital strategic management.

Prof. Massimo Colombo

Professor and leading expert in the treatment of liver diseases, is currently the Director of the Liver Centre at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. He is internationally recognized for his scientific and clinical contributions to the treatment of liver disorders.

Prof. Alessandro Repici

Expert in gastroenterology and endoscopy, serving as the Director of the Endoscopy Unit at Humanitas. A recognized innovator, he has significantly contributed to the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in the field of gastroenterology.

Prof. Virgilio Sacchini

World-renowned oncologist with an outstanding career at prestigious institutions such as the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He has also held key positions at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan, distinguishing himself in oncologic surgery and cancer prevention.
